DHL CANNOCK
On behalf of DHL, Flexispace carried out some works to Cannock which mainly consisted of roof works. These included removal of vegetation, replacement of tubular lighting, supplying and fitting ceiling tiles, to mention a few.

DHL MAIDSTONE
Over 2018 and 2019 we had a 12 month contract with DHL to be a constant presence on site at DHL Maidstone. Carrying out refurbishments on WC's & locker rooms, canteen creating a "chill zone" upgrading lighting and carrying out electrical testing, emergency repairs and maintenance to loading bays, as well as decorating offices.

The first stage is to take the tracking system down
Flexispace were awarded the contract for Large Mez, Small Mez, Enviro Office and Dexion Racking Removal.

Large Mez:
Electrical ,data, fire alarm, access/cctv and mechanical strip out, strip and remove mez, flooring and make good of bolts.
Small Mez
Electrical ,data, fire alarm, access/cctv and mechanical strip out, strip and remove mez, flooring and make good of bolts, drain down and cap-off redundant sprinkler pipework

DHL CAMBERLEY
Flexispace were awarded the contract for the fit out works at Unit 4, Watchmoor Point, Camberley on behalf of our client DHL.
​
Works compromised of constructing new offices, the supply and fit of new LED lighting, complete redecoration works and the supply and fit of new flooring. A new customer collection hatch constructed by our team of contractors was installed with them also installing Armco barriers throughout the site. A high value security cage was built complete with access mesh doors. Roller shutter doors were also installed by one of our trusted contractors and new POD Points were installed allowing vehicle charging to take place on site.

Decapitation works are being done on the Ferrero Rocher former site.
These works included:
- New roof lights.
- Full building clean.
- New Gutters.
- Cladding repairs.
- Refurbishment of offices.
- Removal of rneking.
- Yard repairs.

JOHN LENNON AIRPORT, LIVERPOOL
Completed in January 2024 were adaptation works to the airport's new Recreation Room.
The site underwent initial strip-out works and was supplied and fitted with the following:

New non-slip flooring.

New skirtings.

New ceiling grid and tiles.

New electrical sockets.
-
A new sink base unit, sink, tap, waste, and under-sink hot-water heater exists.

New over-sink hot water tap.

Full redecoration works.

JOHN LENNON AIRPORT, LIVERPOOL
We are excited to announce that work has been completed for Together Bank, Foyle. This included refurbishing a Georgian-listed property into four luxury apartments for Together Bank.
